In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512, we will respond expeditiously to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement submitted to our designated copyright agent listed below.
1. Reporting Copyright Infringement (Takedown Notice)
If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and believe that content or materials available on MyInfoLabs infringe upon your copyright, please submit a written DMCA Notice containing the following information:
- Identification of the Work: A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the Infringing Material: The exact URL(s) or specific location on MyInfoLabs where the material is located so we can find and verify it.
- Contact Information: Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Accuracy & Perjury Statement: A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
- Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

3. Action Upon Receipt of Notice
Upon receiving a valid, compliant DMCA notice, MyInfoLabs will:
- Expeditiously remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
- Take reasonable steps to notify the user or content provider who posted the material that access has been disabled.
4. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written Counter-Notice to our Designated Agent containing:
- Identification of Material: Description of the material that was removed and the URL/location where it appeared before removal.
- Contact Information: Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
- Consent to Jurisdiction: A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if outside the U.S., for any judicial district in which MyInfoLabs may be found).
- Perjury Statement: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.
If a valid counter-notice is received, we may send a copy to the original complaining party informing them that we may restore the removed content in 10 to 14 business days, unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the content provider.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, MyInfoLabs maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts or access privileges of users or content submitters who are deemed repeat infringers.
